We believe true development starts when individuals and communities are equipped to take control of their future. Our capacity-building programs are designed to empower people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to lead change in their lives and communities.

We invest in leadership and governance training, equipping youth, women, civil servants, and local leaders with the tools to participate meaningfully in civic life and decision-making processes. Through ICT and digital literacy training, we provide practical digital skills that open doors to education, employment, and entrepreneurship—bridging the digital divide in underserved areas.

Our vocational skills workshops offer hands-on training in trades such as tailoring, carpentry, and other marketable crafts, enabling individuals to secure sustainable livelihoods. In parallel, our entrepreneurship and business management programs nurture innovation and self-reliance, helping aspiring entrepreneurs start and grow small businesses in their communities.

Through these initiatives, Iftin Foundation is building a generation of skilled, informed, and confident individuals ready to shape a better future for themselves and for Somalia.
